Alpine Air has been handling my A/C and heating needs for at least 12 years now. When I purchased the home from the Owner/Builder, I had some heating issues as the home had a complicated radiant floor heating system that just didn't perform as anticipated. Areas were warmer than set or colder along with other issues. I had another couple companies try to resolve the issues to no avail at great expense. They appeared to be lost when assessing the system. Alpine came in, assessed the issues, and resolved the problems as best as anyone could ask for. Whenever myself or my wife call for service on our system they make the appointment, are there on time, on the day asked for and have great communication throughout the process. They are neat, clean and always ask if there are any other items that need attention. I am in a construction/service type business myself and know the difficulties in pleasing the customer. They are not calling because everything is wonderful, they are calling because they have issues and want it resolved ASAP. It is difficult at best, especially in inclement weather and having availability 7 days a week all year round, to fulfill expectations. I can't say enough as to how pleased my wife and I are with their service and installation practices. Thanks again to all the men and women that make up their team.

With our new HVAC system installation the crew spent an entire day on our premises. When they left we were all set up and working. A supervisor was on site for a best part of the day and providing whatever the crew required in order to keep the work going. He explained our new system to us right-on-down to the size filter to buy for the future. We are totally satisfied with the new equipment and the quality workmanship. And besides that, they were respectful of our property…. how many contractors bring a vacuum for a great total clean-up as they leave!

Alpine Air is amazing. I did my research and had multiple companies bid on my conversion to heat pumps.
Alpine Air sent their rep. Kevin. He was honest and is a numbers guy. The other companies almost avoided heat pumps calling them "trendy" and seemed to want to avoid the paperwork necessary for the rebates involved. He was spot on and actually gave us the lowest bid by a fairly significant amount while also honoring a military discount.
Bob G. the GM made a service call to me before the install as one of my A/C units gave out 2 weeks prior to installation. He came out the very next day and found a very creative work around without charging. He was able to put a band-aid on my unit to keep my family cool until they did their job.
Tom the project manager and Daniel and Angel, the installers, were all professional. They were prompt courteous and clean throughout the entire 6 day install. They took pride in their work and communicated effectively about choices that I had as far as placement of equipment etc.
It felt great, especially with the current economy, to be able to conduct my business with a smaller local business. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. All aspects to include Jamie from the finance side to management are all top notch and professional. Please feel free to compare but know you will be hard pressed to find better.
