And MORE!
Once your Design Specialist has completed their comprehensive design, they will deliver a proposal for your system. Our proposals can include multiple options for you to choose from and a recommendation on which system we feel would fit your home best. Our specialists always consider what they’d do if it were their own home and they have comfort and value in mind.
Once you’ve chosen Alpine Air for your project the installation process can begin.
Our General Manager will reach out to introduce himself and schedule the work during a time that’s convenient for you.
After your dedicated Project Manager has been briefed on your project, they will perform an onsite site visit to confirm all project details and answer any questions you may have. Their goal is to ensure you feel comfortable with us in your home and manage the resources and quality of your project.
Installation
Installation day has arrived! On day one of your project, the Project Manager will arrive with a crew. You’ll have another opportunity to ask questions or raise any concerns before we begin.
The Project Manager and Lead Mechanic will review the details of the project by performing a walkthrough and reviewing any pertinent details.
As the work comes to a close, the Lead Mechanic will review the operation and functionality of your new system. A comprehensive quality control review is performed and the crew will cleanup any debris or dust created by the work.
Your Design Specialist and Project Manager, as well as our office staff, are available during the entire process to provide a smooth project, quality work, and communication.
